Presentations

The presentations are either 20 minutes (regular oral presentations) or 5 minutes (late breaking reports and posters). If you are giving a presentation, a laptop and projector will be available. Normally, you should send your slides to us at admin@cogsima.org so they can be loaded on the laptop. You can also bring a memory stick with your slides. If you are giving a demonstration, then you can use your own laptop, but as setting up your laptop can take some time, please use this option only if it is essential. This option is not available for those giving 5-minute presentations. The regular oral presentations will held in East Village 024. The late breaking reports and poster presentations will be held in East Village 102. Photos of the rooms are available at East Village Classrooms.

Posters

Posters will be displayed on the walls in East Village 008/010. There is no standard format for posters. Student volunteers will be available to print your poster, to tape it to the wall, and to remove it at the end of the session. The room is available on Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, but the Poster Session itself is from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Please do not tape or remove your poster yourself as this can damage the wall. Those with posters are also invited to give a 5-minute presentation during the Late Breaking Report and Poster Session (Wednesday, 13 June, 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm in East Village 102).
